Lutran
Beyond the central range of the Mountains of Hennefor, before the Bay of Pnal, lies the elven city state of Lutran. With 40,000 inhabitants, mostly high elven, it is one of the major centers of learning, literacy, and bookmaking on the planet, and is also known for its rich literary tradition and called the City of Poets.
There are three universities available to those who can afford them, and many bookbinders and booksellers. Additionally, a school of wizardry, not affiliated with the Citadel, is in Lutran. The city is ruled by an noble-elected official called the Master of the City, who is currently Gedor Leren. The most prominent Human nobles are the Marifae Family.
