Female high elf wizard of Boscanari, rumored to be a necromancer, though she sues anyone who claims it. She is also known for allegedly working on classified projects with the Ketten Royal Navy. She is wealthy, living in a small castle in Court Ward.
She has long copper hair, fair skin, blue eyes, and a pattern of distinctive marks on her face. She wears green robes and wields a magic short sword and dagger.
