City of the isle of Schios with a population of about 10,000 and a reputation as a city of magic and wizardry. Rossidi is home to The Wizard's Cup, The Clock Tower, The Moonspire, The Mage's Chest, and the Academy of Arcane Devices.
Engith Locha is intensely sought by the City Watch of Rossidi. Another infamous citizen is Mes'ard Frega Dunto.
