Vast grey stone cathedral in Hergrau. Town law holds that all citizens and long term visitors must worship there (and only there) at least once a week. This is enforced by the Town Guard, known as the Elighteners.
Furthermore all cleric and paladin must register with the authorities of the cathedral and pay a fee, whether citizens or not.
