Male human noble and ruler of Numia, whose family is related closely to the Royal House. He is in his early 50s, tall, well-built, with tan skin and short black hair, and always wears black. Outside of city administration and aristocratic politics, his hobbies include falconry and sailing ship racing. He has a young wife named Tumia, who has given him so far three daughters, though he badly wants a son.
