Grey Ministry
Group of various cleric who rule Hergrau with strict rules, harsh punishments, and administer all law and worship in the town from the Grey Cathedral, the only place in town where worship is allowed and where weakly attendance is mandatory.
The leader of the Ministry is Hierophant Morgrin Dalkmayr.
