Female high elf noble of Weshea and member of its Council of Lords. Eclusiva once adventured as a wizard, and is said to possess several spellbooks won from wizards slain in magical duels. Formerly partnered with a human male who is now deceased from old age. Their daughter was Halitaea Monmuth.
