Balmorei Dungeon

Ruins on Loust where the royal family and aristocrats used to house those they wished to get rid of but could not kill, such as disgraced family members. Two hundred years ago it was destroyed when a powerful wizard broke his lover out, and the prisoners either escaped or were moved elsewhere.
