Captain Trelona Baern

Human female, captain of the KNS Wavesplitter, 51 years old, fair-skinned, straw-colored hair and light blue eyes, short with a wiry frame. Known as a fighting captain and expert with the cutlass, she was wounded in hand-to-hand combat during her ship's battle with pirates, but recovered in a navy healing ward. The pirate captain she fought did not survive the battle.

Divorced, one son from a previous marriage, aged 21, who is apprenticed to his father, a tanner.
