Cheyrth Throisar
Male high Elf wizard from Weshea, but wanted in that city for two murders. His whereabouts are unknown, and a high price is offered by the families of his victims.
Born into the scholarly noble House Throisar, Cheyrth spent more than two centuries doing what he most loved, reading in his parents' vast library and the Library of Kaylix, collecting books, and not much else. He was often joined in his bibliomania by close friend Elkoris Kehthelune. This was tolerated, as elves take a long time to mature, physically and mentally, but eventually the patience of even elven parents was strained: the boy had to get out and make some impact on the world, as his very wealthy and learned parents, Carmyar and Brywenys, had.
Cheyrth dragged his feet until he was literally pushed out the door and told to return when he had made something of himself. Angry and wandering aimlessly, Cheyrth found himself in a dive bar by the docks, where two men, seemingly common thugs, attempted to mug him. Accidentally killing them with magic missile, Cheyrth panicked, especially when he realized that the men were actually two noble sons, slumming as thugs for fun, and fled from the City Guard to a ship that was leaving immediately, giving the captain most of his money to hide him and take him with him.
This happened in CY 1115, and no one in Weshea nor any of his friends has seen or heard from him, despite him being actively pursued by bounty hunters ever since. Reports and rumors have placed him, or someone closely resembling him, among pirates several times, but those who knew him find this hard to believe.
Cheyrth is lean and very handsome, with pale skin, steel grey eyes, and long white hair. He was known as bookish, snobby, egotistical, and prone to giving long answers to rhetorical questions. An on-again, off-again love interest of his was Trisrie Cithreth.
