Commodore Deisia Atythios

Female human Ketten Royal Navy officer in charge of Port Tellio and of its Western Fleet. In her late 40s, she is lean and muscular, with brown skin, hair, and eyes. Her flagship is the KNS Serpent, on which she survived the destruction of Port Tellio and from which she oversaw its rebuilding.
