Male human cleric of Devet and head of the Church of Devet in Ploi Drajit. The name is believed to be his real one, but no one knows who it belongs to, what important government official, merchant, or other prominent person is using a different name, or what he looks like. Whoever he is, he is said to rival the City Lady herself in power and influence.
