Tyrant of Groshk, a thin, blue-skinned tiefling warlock with steel-tipped horns. A violent, sadistic madman who enjoys having his devils torture those who displease him. His pact is with The Fallen Queen, an archdevil of corruption, and thus he has an intense rivalry with the Triarchy of Tyrants.
