Lulac

Industrial city of Qhooqiad on Fythia, on the same tree as Houlerc. The city has a population of about 5000, and consists of gray wood and ceramic buildings, mainly factories and workshops. There is one inn, The Lulac Inn, and three taverns, all catering to locals.

There is also in Lulac a Ship Modification Tower, owned by the kingdom but which also modifies private Spelljammers.
