Mist Docks

Neighborhood of eastern Seuthaki, home to its shipbuilders. It is so named due to its tendency to be covered in thick mists in the morning. Local legend holds that these mists are haunted by the ghosts of drowned sailors, so most businesses here don't open til noon.
