Mortan the Brutal

A self-styled "bandit king" who, with his army of bandits, terrorized southern Sablos Island in the early CY 900s, until they were eventually surrounded and slain at a castle, though their main hideout was lost, until discovered in CY 1118 by Jerrassia Kylos.
