Rodyenko
Humanoid race native to Emmith and descended from humans. They are generally bald (the ability to grow hair being a sign of power and status), brown or red-skinned, short, and heavily muscled. There are many clans, most which are at war with the others. Psions are most common among the Rodyenko.
Rodyenko PCs:
Ability Score Increase: Your Constitution score increases by 2, your Strength score increases by 1.
Age: Rodyenko reach adulthood at 15 years and can live as much as 60 years, though few do due to their violent lifestyle.
Alignment: Most Rodyenko are Chaotic Neutral, though Good or Evil Rodyenko are not uncommon. Very few are Lawful.
Size: Rodyenko are short and barrel-shaped, rarely standing over 5'5, with most being 4'9 to 5'2. Your size is Medium.
Speed: Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
Rodyenko Psionics: At first level, you can psionically cast Mage Hand, and once per Long Rest you can cast Sleep. At third level you can cast Enhance Ability once per Long Rest. At level 5 you can cast Intellect Fortress once per Long Rest.
Desert Adaptation: Acclimated to harsh conditions and great physical exertion, as an Action you can reduce your level of Exhaustion by 1, unable to do it again until you complete a Long Rest.
Languages: You can speak Rodyenko and Trade Tongue.
