Non-binary human conjurer wizard and Master of the House of Stars association of mages. They are tall, olive-skinned, with a long, narrow face and a thin mustache, wearing copper and cobalt robes. Rhasha is known as a collector of strange alien beasts, which he keeps in the basement of the House.
