The Sad Manta

Sunken independent merchant ship, a brig, home ported in Ploi Drajit. Its captain was Narlana Mai, a water genasi, though most its crew were human.

The Manta sailed far and wide across the Ocean of Nimran, trading in spices, art, and fine goods. In CY 1118, it was sunk in an attack by ships from Syndecol Industries, in order to capture Lunafreya Stargazer, which they did. The captain and 13 crew members survived, and made it to Waystation #1 with The Legion of Llandos, who gave them funds to get back on their feet.
