Thulok Karn
A tall, stout, dark-skinned human with long, straight, black hair and piercing black eyes, wearing silver armor over black robes, appearing middled-aged even though he has ruled his Dominion from his Black Spire for over 100 years. Known to be an extremely powerful and merciless sorcerer, rumored to have the ability to transform into a huge snake. He aims to eliminate the Seven Tribes and eventually conquer Jesenreth. He commands a formidable army of lizardfolk and kobolds called The Black Fangs.
In late CY 1121, he was slain by The Legion of Llandos, but he was revived by the Snake Gods.
