Tower of Melusistr

Three-story stone tower home of Melusistr Arkrimae. He has not been seen to leave it in many years, and it is heavily overgrown with bushes and vines. He has his food and other necessities delivered. Sometimes, the village is illuminated at night by strange beams of colored light which project from the tower's windows.
