Yoxsif Mandelboor

Male gnome artificer who teaches and has a workshop at the Academy of Bral on the Rock of Bral. He is elderly, stout, brown-skinned, and has intense green eyes. He normally wears in a tan long coat, leather overalls, and big goggles.

He is best known for the invention of lightning powered auto-carriage, in which he zips all over the Rock.
