The head of the association is Sishem Rhasha, who, along with his fellow wizards, is greatly interested in off-world affairs and artifacts. The House serves as a meeting place for the wizards and off-world travelers and merchants, with a social club, as well as a museum of space travel and life on other worlds, and a store selling select items from the wizards' collection, attended by their apprentices.
