The city's population is about 10,000, and features The Palace of Winds, the Main Market, a cathedral of Hephemia, and the former home and workshop of Sulir the Alchemist, now owned by the kingdom and kept off limits.
There is a tavern, catering to off-worlders, known as The Perch. Also in town, also catering to off-worlders, is an inn called The Flight.
Further down the trunk of this Great Tree, below limbs, is Lulac.
