A large village of eastern Leftkada, of about 1100 residents and the residence of the island's Royal Governor, Tylenyphe Marword. One of the major events of the year, drawing people from all over the island, is the Harvest Festival.
Most ships which visit the island dock here. The town's principle industries are trade and fishing. Interesting locations in the village include the Tower of Melusistr, The Bloody Thorn, The Wolf and Hare, Reald's Inn, The Bountiful Bosom, and Sicomnos Forges.
Dinfar Aldenhere lives here. Hyten Docald does as well.
A half day's walk north of the village lies Calsby Wood.
