Elkoris Kehthelune

Elkoris Kehthelune (born on Thu Habir 3 in CY 777) of Lutran, is a male High Elf cleric, Lantern of Hephemia.

Elkoris is a son of the late Baeah Kehthelune and younger brother of the living Baeah Kehthelune, elves of Lutran. He is an independent Lantern of Hephemia but does consult and supports the Cathedral of Hephemia in Lutran. He is close friends with a young and well-respected Light Sister Faethana Dalos who is stationed there.

Elkoris was known as a young bookish introvert who woke up surrounded by dusty tomes he commandeered from Baeah’s books, his sister’s store and bookbindery. He spent much of his childhood pursuing, reading, studying, and producing facsimiles of technical manuals and ancient texts. Books, have been most of Elkoris’ best friends. The most notable exception to this is his old pal Cheyrth Throisar of Weshea, whose parents are senior contributing scholars at the world renowned Library of Kaylix, the place Elkoris believes the answers to some of his most soul encompassing questions may lay. Cheryth, like him, was totally cool with making a strong pot of Tortletruffle tea, load their pipes with tobi weed, shut up, and dive into some texts. Elkoris’ sister Baeah saw him much the same way Cheryth’s folks saw him. 'He needs to get up, get some sunlight on his face, and see what the world has to offer OUTSIDE, as well as inside.' But, he was known to respond, “Let me be. I just know I am one more passage, one more scroll away from figuring how to build this ancient magico-mechanical contraption to amplify Hephmia’s light to all and every locale once touched by Quata’s radiance…...”.

This, however, has likely changed in recent times. Elkoris is now rumored to be an adventurer teamed up with The Sherds. Transcriptions of the Journals of Elkoris have begun to circulate around Jesenreth with detailed maps, such as that of the Sarborea Region, recently produced and believed to be the product of Kehthelune's adventuring.
