- Room & board free at guild hall.
- Free use of guild hall and equipment. Except for master's 2 rooms.
- Monthly stipend of 10 Sterls - Increases once finances improve
- When exploring and find things of value on a guild-sponsored mission, entitled to keep 80%, except for specific targets. Anything found not as part of a mission, for example, during travel to or from, is not subject to build tax, unless freely donated.
- Papers identifying you as official members of guild.
- Work for guild exclusively.
- Right to bear arms
- Right to self defense
- Discount at local bars.
- Will be sent on missions.
- If you leave, you have a 1 year non-compete for similar companies.
