• When exploring and find things of value on a guild-sponsored mission, entitled to keep 80%, except for specific targets. Anything found not as part of a mission, for example, during travel to or from, is not subject to guild tax, unless freely donated.
• Papers identifying you as official members of guild.
• Work for guild exclusively, i.e., not for another guild.

• If you leave, you have a 1 year non-compete for similar companies.
