Ketten Royal Navy fort, docks, and the town of about 4,000 that has grown up around it. In charge of both the military and civilian side of the town is Commodore Deisia Atythios.
Interesting locations in town include The Salty Dog, Sheltering Palm Inn, and Meniosos's Armor and Shields.
Hundreds of Navy personnel and civilians were killed when the base collapsed as a previously unknown Great Race of Yith time machine vanished from underneath it, effectively destroying the town in mid CY 1117. The Navy and crown have vowed to rebuild.
