Houlerc

Capital city of Qhooqiad, carved into and built upon the upper trunk of its largest Great Trees, also called Houlerc. The city's population is about 10,000, and features The Palace of Winds, the Main Market, a cathedral of Hephemia, and the former home and workshop of Sulir the Alchemist, now owned by the kingdom and kept off limits.
There is a tavern, catering to off-worlders, known as The Perch. Also in town, also catering to off-worlders, is an inn called The FLight.
Further down the trunk of this Great Tree, below limbs, is Lulac.
