He is tall and lean, with fair skin, short brown hair and brown eyes, wearing green and brown robes.

In his 40s and never married, he owns a house in town and works as a private teacher of magic, which has made him wealthy.

He has authored several textbooks for novice mages, including the well-known The First Circle of Magic.
