A city on Aflos built from a random collection of temporary dwellings made to become permanent, temporary homes of religious pilgrims who come to bask in the divine sunlight of Quata and permanent home to the thousands of merchants, hucksters, frauds, and cultists who cater to their needs or take advantage of them. Typical population is about 10,000.
