Black Skulls

Gang of small-time crooks and thugs active in Glensjust. Their criminal activities include theft, protection rackets, assault-for-hire, and dealing drugs. Their leader is said to be a man named Sycom, about whom little is known. Members of the gang wear black skull tattoos at the base of their skulls.
